More than a Feeling: Creating Abundance in Your Life.
Money can be a scary thing for a lot of people. It sounds silly, doesn't it? That this static object, whether in tangible or intangible form, could be so confusing and so painful for so many. The first thing you need to do is take your mindset from the victim mentality to a creator mentality. You are 100% responsible for your wealth. This means that if you want more, then you have to create more—and you must accept that role with no excuses or exceptions.
But what is Mindset?
The term "mindset" was popularized by Carol Dweck, a psychologist at Stanford University. She believes that people have two kinds of mindsets.
One is a fixed mindset: You believe your basic qualities, like intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. You believe you can't change them very much, if at all.
The other is a growth mindset: You believe that your most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work — even people who are "naturally gifted" have to work hard to develop their abilities.
Dweck's research shows that these different mindsets have profound effects on people's lives. People with a growth mindset tend to embrace challenges, persist longer in the face of failure and bounce back from setbacks more quickly than those with a fixed mindset.
One of my favorite quotes from Napoleon Hill sums it up perfectly: “What the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve."
It may seem hard to believe, but there are unlimited resources available to you.
You are not limited to what you can see right now. You have access to unlimited resources, even if you don't see them today.
The only thing stopping you from creating your ideal life is your belief that it's impossible to do so. But once you realize that anything is possible with enough practice and dedication (and a nice dose of patience) then things can get much easier.!
So we’ve already talked about mindset. But now we are going to get clear on what to do. Like we said before, abundance is an inside job. It begins with your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Your mind is the most powerful tool you have in this world. In order to attract abundance into your life, you must first learn how to use that tool effectively. When you change your thoughts about money and abundance in general, you will begin manifesting what you desire in the physical world much faster than before.
The first step towards attracting more abundance into our lives is self-love and self-care! If we don't take care of ourselves, we will never be abundant, no matter how much money we accumulate. We need to treat ourselves well by doing things like eating healthy meals daily (or at least trying), exercising every day (walking counts!), meditating daily, spending time outdoors...etc! This all helps increase our inner happiness which will lead us towards greater levels of success!
The second step would be gratitude: writing down 5 things each day that makes you happy and grateful for your life right now. Even if it's just waking up alive another day, having running water, or eating a warm meal.
The next step, and this is the most important one, is to put the right emotion behind it. You have to FEEL it. You have to feel abundant before you become it. I know what you’re thinking. How can I feel abundant when the rent is past due and the creditors are calling? Envision what you want. Write down the best possible outcome. Make sure to write down every detail. Don't forget to note how it feels!

The hard-work belief system keeps you stuck in a cycle of burnout and overwhelm.The belief that you must sacrifice your health and well-being in order to achieve success is a toxic one.
This idea that you must work 80 hours a week to be a success often leads people to work harder than they can, which leads to exhaustion, anxiety, stress, overwhelm and burnout—all things that prevent us from being able to create the life we want.
As you are aware, the Law of Attraction is all about thoughts becoming things. This means that whatever you put into your mind will ultimately manifest itself in your life. If you think positive thoughts and repeat them over and over with feeling, those good things will come back to you. On the other hand, if you have negative thoughts or think negatively about yourself or others, then negative results will follow. It's all based on how much energy is behind each thought: if it's a weak thought (i.e., something not very important), then that's what we'll get back in our lives; but if it's a strong thought (i.e., something really important), then we'll see even better results!
Positive affirmations: I am abundant. I am open to receiving. I am now ready to receive all the abundance that is now coming my way.
Let your negative thoughts express themselves but then drop them or change them into thoughts that better serve you.
Picture what it is in your mind that you want. Notice the feelings that come with that thought. Does it make you feel anxious? Agitated? Go into that feeling if you can. Try and remember when you first started having this feeling and why? Think back pretty far. It probably comes from something or someone from your childhood.
Fake it til you make it. If you want to start being abundant you have to start feeling abundant. This one I have found to be true often.
